Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — Your rights
We operate in Australia and comply with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). This means:
- Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match any description or sample.
- If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the problem and time since purchase.
- Statutory guarantees are in addition to any manufacturer warranty we provide.
For major failures you may choose a refund or replacement; for minor problems we will typically repair within a reasonable time.

Terms of Sale
These terms govern purchases made on stocknewhub.com and in our Australian operations. Key points:
- Prices are shown in AUD and may include GST where applicable.
- Payment is processed securely; we accept major credit cards and local payment methods.
- Risk passes once the goods are delivered to the nominated address; title may remain with us until full payment clears.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We handle returns in a way consistent with ACL:

Warranty & Repairs
In addition to statutory guarantees, many watches include manufacturer warranties. Our policy:
| Type | Standard warranty | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Luxury mechanical watches | 2 years | Manufacturer authorised repairs recommended |
| Affordable automatic/quartz | 1 year | Battery excluded where specified |
| Smartwatches | 1 year | Software issues handled via manufacturer support |
If a warranty repair is required we will advise authorised service centres or manage returns where applicable.

Dispute resolution & Compliance
We aim to resolve issues quickly. If you have a dispute:
- Contact our support team via Contacts with order details.
- If unresolved, we accept escalation to an external dispute resolution body — for consumers in Australia this may include the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your local state/Territory consumer affairs authority.
- We comply with recall obligations and will notify affected customers promptly.
